As co-founder and design lead, I led the branding, product design and Figma design system for Matchfolio, a creative employability platform connecting Design, Advertising, Journalism and Architecture students with agencies and studios through real challenges with rubric-based evaluation, replacing the resume-and-portfolio logic with proof of practical evidence.

About the project
Matchfolio was born from a real market pain point: recent graduates or students nearing graduation rarely have a consolidated portfolio or experience to back a traditional resume, and agencies have no way to validate talent without hiring first. The platform solves this with challenges proposed by partner agencies and studios: candidates demonstrate competence in practice, even without a professional track record, and agencies access talent validated by real delivery, not by promises on paper.
I lead this front alongside my co-founder André Fernandes, CEO, who drives the strategic and business side of Matchfolio, while I lead branding, product design and the Figma design system from conception, along with the pitch deck that helped Matchfolio win the OxyLab 2.0 innovation challenge.
Recognition
Winner of the OxyLab 2.0 innovation contest at Universidade CEUMA's OxygenHUB. Selected among competing startups for market potential, product execution and design quality.
